Prieb Property Management is seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team in a Monday–Friday role, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends or on-call rotations. You will prepare vacant apartments and townhomes for new residents, handling tasks from painting to appliance installation and basic repairs.
We value reliability, independence, and strong time management. A company vehicle is provided for work, and you must provide your own basic hand and power tools.
