Alarm​/CCTV Service Technician

Brink's is seeking an experienced Alarm/CCTV Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems supporting our secure logistics operations. In this role, you'll configure and troubleshoot alarm panels, CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, access control, and related low-voltage wiring across armored facilities and transportation hubs. You'll perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability, document service activities, and adhere to strict security, safety, and compliance standards.

Collaborating with operations teams, you'll provide responsive on-site support and help optimize system performance for critical financial environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and service alarm and CCTV systems in secure facilities and logistics sites
• Troubleshoot and repair panels, cameras, recorders, power supplies, and related hardware
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on security systems
• Run, terminate, and label low-voltage cabling to company and code standards
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and asset documentation
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times
• Coordinate with operations and logistics staff to schedule and complete service calls
• Provide timely on-site and occasional after-hours support for critical incidents
