Maintenance Technician II

Uni First is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our manufacturing and facility operations in Wilmington, MA. In this hands-on role, you'll perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production machinery, building systems, and support equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You will inspect equipment, respond to breakdowns, document work, and work closely with production teams to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and resolve root causes
• Execute scheduled maintenance and maintain accurate service and repair records
• Support equipment installations, adjustments, and calibration to minimize downtime

• First and OSHA safety procedures and participate in safety programs
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritize and complete work orders
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear, potential failures, and improvement needs
• Maintain tools, parts, and spare inventory in an organized and ready state
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls to support continuous operations
• Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and support career growth
