Evening Maintenance Technician

Marvin is seeking an Evening Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and support equipment upgrades and improvements. Working on the evening shift, you'll partner closely with production teams, follow strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment during evening shift
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect, adjust, and repair production machinery, conveyors, and building systems
• Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and parts usage records accurately
• Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and OSHA standards at all times
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and schedule repairs
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5
• S/lean initiatives
