We specialize in emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, and excavation. Because we operate alongside a sister restoration company (Voda), our Plumbers enjoy a pipeline of high-value emergency leads year-round.

We are hiring a Residential Plumber to run service calls and represent our brand across Greater Kansas City.

At 1-Tom-Plumbers, you aren't just taking another service job - you are stepping onto a clear fast-track leadership path. For a driven Plumber who proves their capability, there is a direct opportunity to move into a Lead Technician or Service Manager role within 6-12 months as our fleet expands.

In this role, your mission goes far beyond turning wrenches; 83% of our service calls are placed by women, which means bringing a respectful, approachable, and reassuring presence into every home is critical. You will diagnose issues, educate homeowners using transparent options, solve emergency problems, and build lasting customer trust.

We offer one of the most stable and high-earning compensation packages in the region, blending hourly peace of mind with high commission potential and leadership mobility:

• On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  Ramped technicians hitting our standard $55,000 monthly target earn $103,200+ annually.

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $35.00/hour paid weekly ($67,200 baseline for 40 hrs/wk) plus 1.5x overtime for hours worked over 40. You get a reliable paycheck to cover your bills regardless of seasonal dips.

• Uncapped 10% Commission:
  Earn a straight 10% commission on all monthly revenue generated above $25,000. No confusing tiers or brackets.

• 90-Day Ramp Period: A 90-day grace period gives you time to master our system and pricing without revenue pressure, while still earning commissions starting at the $25k threshold.

• Monthly Cash Bonuses & Spiffs:

  • $25 for every 5-star Google review.

  • $50 spiff for after-hours/emergency jobs under $500.

  • $100 for completed water mitigation referrals.

  • 5% spiff on jobs you quote that are completed by another plumber.

• Conduct visual 10-15 minute Whole Home…
