Lead Developer, Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for leading and managing software development activities within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful software development and implementation.

• Lead and manage software development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Develop and implement software development plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor software development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on software development status.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software development success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the software development team.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferably Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related field. Preferred: experience leading software development teams and managing software development projects.
• Tech Stack: Power Apps, React (frontend), and Dataverse (backend).
• Skills: Agile Methodology, Analytical Analysis, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Decision Making, Leadership, Self-Management, Software Development, Web Services.
• Certifications: None required. Preferred:
  Certified Software Developer (CSD) or equivalent certification.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

Salary range: $125,000 - $155,000 USD annually, with potential for an annual bonus. Additional details will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
