Utilize leading-edge technology and diagnostics tools (Noregon, Mitchell 1, Uptake, TAAS);
Diagnose vehicle failures and disassemble/repair/reassemble parts;
Maintain documentation such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists;
Respond to service calls and contribute to fleet reliability
