Are you looking for a stable, high-paying local driving career with an on-site management team that respects your time? We are now hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a Dedicated Grocery Account operating out of the distribution center in Olathe, KS.

This is a local, home-daily position perfect for drivers who want a predictable schedule, consistent freight year-round, and excellent add-on pay opportunities.

• Premium Weekend Bonus: Weekend work is mandatory but highly rewarded. Earn an additional $100.00 for every weekend day worked on top of your standard pay.
  • Example: Make 2 deliveries on Saturday = $100 bonus on top of standard pay.
  • Example: Make 1 delivery on Saturday and 1 delivery on Sunday = $200 bonus on top of standard pay.
• Load Premium: An extra $13.50 per load paid on top of your standard CPM, drop-and-hook, and stop pay.
• Immediate Detention Pay: Earn $20.00 per hour for pallet spill detention starting immediately.
• Off-Account Protection: If you are asked to do off-account work, you are fully protected with a daily rate based on your average hourly earnings.
• Overtime Opportunity: Drivers standardly work 4 consecutive days with 2 days off, but there is always the opportunity to pick up a 5th or 6th day to maximize your paycheck.

• Home Daily: Run local routes and sleep in your own bed after every shift.
• Work Week: Dedicated Thursday through Monday schedule.
• Start Time Window: Mid-day/Afternoon start times between 12:00 PM (Noon) and 3:00 PM.
• Shift Length: Expect steady 12 to 14-hour shifts of dedicated night driving.

• Commodity: Delivering mostly refrigerated grocery products to established grocery stores, with occasional dry van loads.
• Driver Expectations: Drop an empty trailer into a dock door when picking up a pre-loaded trailer, and drop the empty back at the yard or door after completion.
• Unload Efficiency: Freight is unloaded by the driver utilizing a company-provided electric pallet jack for smooth, efficient deliveries.
• Backhauls: Drivers will occasionally complete a backhaul route after their final product delivery.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Location: Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the distribution center in Olathe, KS.
• Availability: Ability to work night shifts, mandatory weekends, and navigate a physical grocery unloading environment safely.
