• Haul hardware merchandise in liftgate trailers.
• 95% pallet jack unloads, 5% hand unloads.
• Transport 2 loads per week with multiple stop‑offs per load.
• Drive within Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
• Remain on duty while not driving for hourly pay.

• Mileage pay and load pay.
• Performance pay delivered weekly.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay.
• Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months.
• 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Haz Mat endorsement required within 60 days of hire. Schneider provides self‑paced online certification training.
