Transdev in Olathe, Kansas is hiring a Driver/Operator Trainer to facilitate classroom and behind‑the‑wheel training to drivers. We are seeking customer service–oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Non‑CBA Position:
Hourly rate $23.75 to $29.50. Benefits include:

• Minimum 2 weeks vacation

• Provide classroom and behind‑the‑wheel training to new drivers
• Maintain required training documentation to ensure compliance with state certification, company policies and district, state & federal requirements
• Perform additional safety program duties such as accident investigation, form compliance and safety meetings
• Other duties as required

• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsements for minimum 2 years
• Minimum 2 years experience driving a commercial motor vehicle (CMV)
• 1–2 years transportation and safety experience
• Knowledge of federal and state safety rules and regulations
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Must pass DOT drug testing and physical (where applicable). DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs for any reason

• Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100 % outside; work alone and in remote locations
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances on possibly sloped or uneven ground
• Push and pull objects up to 50 lb; lift material up to 50 lb with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch for equipment stored at ground level
• Work in heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen
