Fed Ex Business Route Pickup & Delivery Driver – No CDL necessary! Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, well‑maintained trucks, Home for dinner.

QIC Corporation is offering a full‑time or part‑time position with pay ranging from $20–21 per hour or a daily rate. The job includes a unique business route available with hours generally from 8:45 AM to 7–7:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Depending on your schedule preference, you can work 4 or 5 days a week or even weekend‑only shifts.

The route serves businesses in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area and allows you to be home for dinner each evening.

Daily tasks include:

• Using a GPS system to plan routes and ensure timely delivery
• Delivering packages of all shapes, sizes, and weights, up to a maximum of 150 lbs
• Following safety and DOT regulations
• Maintaining delivery time schedules
• Performing pre‑trip inspections and truck organization
• Lifting, bending, and moving large and heavy items, often with the assistance of dollies or teammates
• Returning the truck to the terminal at the end of the shift

All positions are day shifts with the following options:

• Monday to Friday – standard hours
• Saturday or Sunday availability available
• Part‑time or full‑time flexibility (1–5 days per week)

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid, non‑expired driver’s license

• Pre‑employment drug screen (NOMJ, MJ prescriptions not allowed per DOT)
