Starting pay is $20 /hr, with a performance-based raise to $21 /hr after two months.

QIC seeks a Fed Ex Pick‑up & Delivery Driver. No CDL required. Competitive pay, monthly safety bonuses, well‑maintained trucks.

The driver will follow assigned routes, deliver packages to various addresses, manage time effectively, and adhere to DOT regulations and safety measures. The position is fast‑paced and requires excellent customer service and initiative.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid, non‑expired driver’s license.
• No CDL required.
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries as required by 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2).
• No history of DUIs.
• Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required.
• Daytime shift only.
• Paid training.
• Strong initiative and safety‑first mindset.

Schedule includes Monday to Friday and weekends. PTO and safety bonus pay offered.

Lenexa Hub (8000 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS) or Olathe Hub (22525 W. 167th St., Olathe, KS). Delivery area:
Western Shawnee & Lenexa.
