Overview

Fed Ex Business Route Pickup & Delivery Driver – No CDL required. Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, well‑maintained trucks, and a schedule that allows you to be home for dinner.

QIC Corporation is a contracted service provider with Fed Ex. Pay is $20‑$21 per hour for full‑time or daily‑rate pay for part‑time positions.

• Use GPS system to locate and deliver packages to businesses in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area.
• Conduct a pre‑trip inspection before starting the day at the QIC hub.
• Follow safety and DOT regulations, maintain accurate time records, and ensure all deliveries meet Fed Ex standards.
• Lifting and moving packages up to 150 lbs, including use of dollies and assistance from teammates when needed.
• Keep the delivery truck and equipment in a clean and safe condition.

Business Route hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 7–7:30 PM. Options include 4 or 5 days a week, with weekend shifts available.

Pay: $20‑$21 per hour or daily rate for part‑time. Full‑time benefits include health insurance, free dental, free vision, free life insurance, paid time off, and bonus pay.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, non‑expired driver's license.
• No CDL required.
• Excellent reading, speaking, and writing English; ability to understand highway signs and official inquiries.
• No prior DUI convictions.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Physical stamina for lifting and movement in all weather conditions.
• Daytime shift only.
• Fast‑moving, safety‑first mindset.
• Paid training provided.

Company truck and uniform are provided. Military‑experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. No college diploma required.
