Weekend Part-Time Fed Ex Pick up & Delivery Driver (Olathe, KS)

Pay: $20-$21/hour. Part‑time (Saturday & Sunday weekly). Competitive pay with monthly safety bonuses, well‑maintained vehicles, and home for dinner. Work Saturdays and Sundays; potential for full‑time if desired.

Location:

Stations at Lenexa Hub (8000 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS) or Olathe Hub (22525 W. 167th St, Olathe, KS). Work is day shifts; schedule is flexible. Typical day starts 7:30‑8:00 a.m., pre‑trip inspection, loading, delivery route in Western Shawnee & Lenexa, return by 5:00‑5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Use a GPS system to deliver packages.
• Follow Fed Ex safety and DOT regulations and maintain time.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections and ensure efficient loading.
• Handle heavy lifting and use dollies as needed.
• Work independently with a positive attitude, good communication and customer service skills.
• Adhere to schedule and complete all deliveries on time.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No CDL required.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test (no marijuana), and DOT physical. No felony or DUI.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, strong initiative, excellent time management, attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
