The Training & Onboarding Process

On-the-Road Mentorship: Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training alongside an experienced driver mentor, earning a steady $75.00 per day

Solo Upgrade: Return to Arkansas for your final testing and instantly upgrade to full solo status with your own assigned truck.

Solo Fleet Compensation & Career Growth

Solo Launch: Start out at $0.35 CPM running an average of 2,500+ miles per wee during training.
90-Day Step-Up: Your pay increases significantly to $0.70 CPM after just 3 months of safe solo driving.
1-Year Milestone: Earn up to $0.80 CPM once you hit your one-year anniversary.
Additional Protection: Peace-of-mind breakdown pay of $40.00 after 24 hours.

Job Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Recent Grads Welcomed: Your Class A CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months.
Experience Cap: Designed for entry-level drivers; you must have limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier).
Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
Must live within 90 miles of Kansas City.
