Overview
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist here at Honeywell
, you will be integral to the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that products are accurately received and shipped in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records to support our operational efficiency.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our shipping and receiving processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure that products are delivered accurately and on time, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management to ensure optimal levels.
- In charge of high revenue orders
- Conduct quality checks on received products and prepare items for shipment.
- Accurately document incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect and verify the contents of packages
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and logistics processes.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
