Job Description
As a Material Handler here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and handling materials to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the supply chain. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet customer demands.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring that materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, and collaborating with various departments to resolve any material-related issues.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement workflow solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workflow solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in material handling or a related field
- Experience with inventory management systems

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
