• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and finished goods
• Verify counts and product information against packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders
• Enter inventory transactions accurately into the company’s inventory management system
• Identify and communicate shortages, damages, or shipment discrepancies
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Notify departments when materials or products are received

• Organize and properly label incoming materials
• Move materials to designated warehouse or production locations
• Restock unused materials returned from production
• Pre-stage materials for upcoming production jobs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely

• Support company quality standards and internal audit initiatives
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities
• Recommend ideas that improve organization, efficiency, accuracy, or workflow

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
