Shipping Associate - Puller

Job Summary

Location:

15400 South Green Road, Olathe, KS 66061

Compensation: $20.09 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 12pm – 8:30pm. Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt.

Pull and pack orders accurately, meet productivity and accuracy standards.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, including counting, adding and subtracting quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Flexible with start and departure time changes.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

Must wear proper safety equipment if required (e.g., safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend for safety‑toe shoes after 90 days for eligible roles.

Restock Driver duties involve standing, walking for 8+ hours, frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, vision, and hearing required for warehouse machinery operation.
