Inventory Control Specialist – Full Time

We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The specialist will maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency through daily cycle counting, inventory profiling, and verification of adjustments.
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
- Perform daily cycle counts / 2nd cycle counts efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment provided to perform cycle counts, restocks, and inventory corrections.
- Perform inventory adjustments after verification of accuracy.
- Perform physical and systematic research with ability to communicate back to management and team members.
- Assist management in research and correction of quality related issues.
- Meet all expectations of counts per hour and errors as required.
- Assist in fostering and driving a team-based environment.
- Ensure safe and clean work areas.
- Perform/complete special project assignments with little to no supervision.
- Occasionally move pallets with the use of a pallet jack.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management.
- 1-3 years of experience with Inventory Control (preferred).
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Experience with Link, Mocha Telnet, or similar ERP systems/tools.
- Intermediate experience with Excel.
- Ability to multitask with little to no supervision.
- Ability to interact effectively and productively with co‑workers in all departments while maintaining composure.
You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally.
Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
