Warehouse Shipping Associate
Location:
Olathe, KS
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: 3:30pm - 12am M-F
Responsibilities:
- Packing & Palletizing:
Safely pack, wrap, and secure telecommunications materials into boxes or onto pallets to prevent damage during transit. - Order Verification:
Cross‑reference physical products against packing slips and picking orders to ensure 100% accuracy before items leave the facility. - Shipping & Labeling:
Use RF scanners and warehouse computers to process shipments. Run packages through Pro Ship software to print shipping labels for carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, and various freight lines. - Staging & Loading:
Move finalized orders to designated shipping docks using manual pallet jacks or other material handling equipment. Assist in loading outbound trailers. - Inventory & Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the shipping lanes. Replenish packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) as needed.
