A. Servidone Inc./B. Anthony Construction Corp. JV is a joint venture contractor serving the heavy civil construction industry throughout the Northeast. Our Old Bridge, New Jersey office supports the administrative coordination and insurance functions that help keep projects operating efficiently and compliantly.

We are seeking a dependable, organized professional who takes pride in keeping office operations structured, accurate, and moving forward day to day.

The Opportunity

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative coordination with detailed documentation and claims-related support work. In this role, you will help manage core office responsibilities while also supporting the day-to-day handling, organization, and tracking of insurance claims information.

The person in this role will become an important internal resource for maintaining organized records, supporting communication between parties, and helping ensure administrative processes stay on track across the office.

What You'll Do
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally while supporting daily office communication.
  • Handle general office administrative responsibilities including filing, scanning, mail distribution, record management, and document organization.
  • Maintain physical and electronic claim files with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support insurance claims administration through documentation tracking, follow-up coordination, and status updates.
  • Communicate with internal staff, insurance carriers, vendors, and outside contacts regarding claim-related documentation and information requests.
  • Assist with maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and data entry using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Monitor and organize incoming administrative and claims-related correspondence.
  • Support broader office operations and administrative projects as business needs evolve.
What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role will likely include:

  • Maintaining organized and reliable administrative systems across daily office operations.
  • Supporting claims documentation and follow-up processes with consistency and accuracy.
  • Keeping records, spreadsheets, and claim files current, complete, and well organized.
  • Becoming a dependable point of support for office coordination and administrative follow-through.
  • Managing multiple priorities professionally while maintaining strong attention to detail.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both administrative responsibilities and claims-related support tasks.

  • Prior office administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • The ability to manage documentation, records, and multiple responsibilities with consistency and accuracy.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
  • Experience supporting insurance claims administration, construction office operations, or project-related documentation is a plus, but not required.

    Compensation and Benefits
    • Annual compensation of $55,000 to $60,000 based on experience.

    Performance Review Period

    This role includes a 90-day introductory review period. Performance, overall fit, and compensation progression may be evaluated upon completion of the introductory period.

    Schedule and Work Location

    This is a full-time, on-site position based in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday

    8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to occasionally move office files or supplies and navigate stairs within the office as needed.
