Position Overview:
The Executive Coordinator will provide high-level coordination and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive calendars and appointments
- Organize meetings, events, and travel schedules
- Track project deadlines and follow-up activities
- Prepare meeting agendas and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain confidential executive records and reports
- Support operational and administrative initiatives
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of executive coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
