Automotive Service Technician

Dealership: L0708 DCH Academy Honda DCH Academy Honda NOW HIRING Class B and C Technicians!

Pay: $20-30 per flat rate hour, based on experience Schedule: Full time, Saturdays required

• Class B and/or C level technicians with 2-5 years of experience in a dealership or private shop
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems
• Ability to independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools

The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
