Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing ground-up construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently.
- Manage Procore project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports, identifying potential risks or delays.
- Support site visits, quality control inspections, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Contribute to project closeout, ensuring all documentation, warranties, and punch-list items are completed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Industrial Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Brings 1-3 years of experience in commercial or industrial ground-up project management.
- Has hands-on experience working on warehouse, big-box retail, and tilt-up construction projects.
- Is proficient in Procore and comfortable managing project documentation and workflows.
- Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Works well in a team environment and demonstrates initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage fast-paced deadlines.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
