Description The Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager will:
Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of residential construction projects Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management Help monitor project budgets, commitments, and cost reporting Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules Participate in project meetings and distribute meeting minutes and action items Track inspections, permit requirements, and compliance documentation Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts throughout construction Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty documentation Ensure project files and construction software systems remain organized and up to date Profile The successful Assistant Project Manager will have: 1-4 years of residential construction experience

Experience with a General Contractor, home builder, developer, or specialty subcontractor preferred Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Understanding of residential construction practices, scheduling, and project documentation

Experience with construction management software preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desire to grow into a Project Manager role Job Offer The Assistant Project Manager will receive:
