Deliver exceptional guest service at checkout and Drive Up to maximize loyalty enrollment.;
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their daily tasks.;
Assist guests to solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns with a welcoming approach.;
Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and digital features (Target App, Wallet).;
Handle checkout operations, scanning, bagging, and processing returns while maintaining accuracy.
