Orthopedic Associates of Central Jersey, a premier private practice affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible, fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join their well-established and growing team. The practice has locations in Edison and Old Bridge, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful private group while being a member of the expanding Hackensack Meridian Health network.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
- Provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care for patients with foot and ankle conditions.
- Perform surgery at affiliated Hackensack Meridian Health hospitals, including Old Bridge Medical Center, JFK University Medical Center, and/or Raritan Bay Medical Center.
- Manage an outpatient practice at both the Edison and Old Bridge office locations.
- Participate in a shared call schedule.
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty orthopedic team to ensure a high standard of patient care.
- Partnership track available in 2 years.
- Join a successful and supportive 5‑physician private practice with specialists in hand, shoulder, sports medicine, and joint replacement.
- Strong referral base and opportunity to build a thriving practice quickly.
- Join a collaborative network of experienced physicians, specialists, and support staff who foster a culture of collaboration with strong clinical support.
- Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
- M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
- Board certified/eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- NJ Medical License, CDS and DEA

The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market‑competitive total rewards package.

In addition to our compensation for full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/month) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
