What You'll Do- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued.
- Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through meaningful, hands‑on activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to create an exceptional classroom experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
- Truly enjoys working with preschool‑aged children.
- Is dependable, positive, and team‑oriented.
- Brings creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to the classroom every day.
- Communicates professionally with families and coworkers.
- Takes pride in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Is eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Experience in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or school preferred.
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
- Must meet New Jersey licensing requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
