Hackensack Meridian Health - - - Responsibilities:
Provide patient care based on age-appropriate criteria and communicate patient status with the care team;
Obtain vital signs and document findings, notify RN of abnormal results;
Draw venipuncture for specimens and prepare samples for processing;
Perform EKGs and apply bandages; assist with patient transport;
Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, meals, and restocking in assigned area
