Operations & Client Service Manager
Old Bridge, NJ- fully onsite
$70, + bonus + OT

- Monitor team workload, deadlines, and file status using workflow management systems
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact client service or deadlines
- Lead regular check-ins with CPAs to keep projects moving and remove obstacles
- Manage client service escalations and oversee issue resolution from start to finish
- Provide partners with ongoing updates on workflow, performance metrics, and team capacity
- 3+ years of team leadership experience within accounting, tax, or professional services
- Experience managing workflows, priorities, and operational processes
- Familiarity with practice management software;
Canopy experience is a plus - Proven ability to drive accountability and manage multiple priorities effectively
