Our team brings together decades of technical expertise in formulation science, materials engineering, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to approved manufacturing formulas and batch instructions
- Oversee compounding operations to help ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to production standards
- Read and interpret process flow documentation while identifying potential issues or inconsistencies during production
- Operate and support the maintenance of manufacturing equipment including mixers, kettles, pumps, and related processing systems
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and work areas before and after production runs
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP manufacturing standards
- Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, adjustments, and quality documentation in a timely manner
- Support additional production and operational activities as needed
- High school diploma or associate degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing workflows, inventory, or operational processes is a plus
- Team-oriented, coachable, dependable, and comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback
- You take pride in your work ethic and ownership mentality, with a willingness to see projects through to completion
- You demonstrate a high level of precision and consistency in day-to-day responsibilities
- You can speak confidently about systems, workflows, or operational processes you previously helped improve, manage, or build
- Compensation range: $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience
- Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 10%)
