Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to join our endocrinology team supporting 5 busy endocrinologists. You will coordinate care, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and liaise with subspecialists to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based care for complex patients with diabetes and related conditions.
The role requires a BSN, 3–5 years of acute/primary care nursing experience, strong communication and computer skills, and RN licensure in New Jersey.
