• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, hands‑on care while preserving residents' dignity and independence

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies

• Help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care
