Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude; can work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in fast‑paced environment; meet physical demands up to 25 lbs repeatedly, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of Old Bridge, NJ; secondary locations Englishtown, Marlboro NJ.
• Schedule availability required:
  Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat.

Hourly compensation ranges from $22.55 to $24.55 based on experience.
