Interstate Waste Services – CDL B Front Load Swing Truck Driver

Safety is our first priority.

We are hiring experienced CDL B front load swing truck drivers for the waste industry. You will work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours, and early start time (4am-2pm). Full benefits package with paid time off.

Hourly pay: $28.80. Year‑round steady work. 4am‑2pm schedule, occasional Saturday.

• 21 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake endorsement
• 1 year front load truck driving experience within last 7 years
• Excellent safety record & clean MVR
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs, and repeatedly mount/dismount truck
• Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations
• Good verbal and written English
• Ability to read and understand a map
• Physical & safety requirements met
• Willing and able to work required hours per DOT regulation, may include weekend, night, and/or holiday work

• Safely operate front, side, or rear‑loading trucks for pick‑up service of waste or recyclable material
• Transport material to disposal, transfer or recycling facility, making one or more trips per shift
• Perform driver pre and post inspections, ensuring truck compliance with safety standards, OSHA, DOT regulations and local traffic laws
• Navigate congested communities and confined/tight city areas, including skilled backing maneuvers
• Climb in and out of truck cab to service customer accounts
• Deploy both manual and automatic trucks as required
