Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Old Bridge, NJ facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all receiving, fulfillment, and shipping processes run seamlessly while maintaining a safe, structured, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Operational Oversight: Ensure end-to-end warehouse operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage and inspect all incoming shipments and oversee the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of outgoing orders.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory flow, conduct regular stock checks, and keep accurate records of product counts.
• Team Leadership & Workflow: Guide daily workflow, assign tasks to warehouse personnel, and maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Safety & Quality Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to all safety protocols.
• Problem Solving: Swiftly address and resolve operational bottlenecks, shipping discrepancies, or inventory issues as they arise.

• Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift boxes throughout the workday as required.

• Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Commute Transportation: Daily commute is provided for qualified candidates residing in Brooklyn, NY.
• Compensation: Competitive starting rate (based on experience).
