Summary/objective

The Administrative Manager oversees daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows, excellent patient service, and staff accountability. This role supervises administrative staff, supports operational initiatives, and helps maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Essential functions

  • Oversees daily administrative and office operations
  • Supervises front office and administrative staff
  • Assists with recruiting, onboarding, and training employees
  • Coordinates staff schedules and office coverage
  • Supports workflow improvements and operational efficiency
  • Addresses patient concerns and administrative issues
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies
  • Assists with office supplies, vendor coordination, and reporting
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient and company information
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required education and experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical office or healthcare management experience

  • ENT or specialty medical office experience preferred
