We are currently looking for Express Service Writers to join our team. No automotive experience is required — we provide paid training and the support you need to succeed.

As an Express Service Writer, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for our service customers from the moment they arrive until they pick up their vehicle.

Greet customers and check in their vehicles in a friendly and timely manner

Communicate regularly with service technicians regarding vehicle status

Keep customers informed of diagnostic results, service needs, and technician recommendations

Review and explain recommended maintenance and repairs

Assist customers throughout the checkout process

Notify customers promptly when their vehicle is complete, washed, and ready for pickup

Review and close repair orders with customers

Help coordinate and manage loaner and rental vehicle schedules

Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire service experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional, positive attitude

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Reliable and dependable

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Team-player mentality

Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and data-entry skills

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
