The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with accounting functions that support the company's ongoing projects and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial documentation
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and record journal entries as needed
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections
• Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping
• Generate financial reports and maintain accounting spreadsheets
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain organized financial files and ensure data accuracy
