Elementary Guide
The Children's Tree Montessori School in Old Saybrook, CT, is seeking an Elementary credentialed Montessori guide to join our amazing team of teachers and wonderful school community. We will consider a certification sponsorship for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have Montessori training from a MACTE accredited training center, experience working in a Montessori elementary classroom or with ages 6-12, a love for Montessori education and a respect for all children.
Qualifications- Montessori credentials in Elementary I, II, or I and II
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Montessori Classroom
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a team, staff, and administration
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all children, families, faculty, and the school
- Opportunities for professional growth inclusive of a sponsorship for Montessori certifications
