We are seeking an experienced Toddler Montessori Guide to join our team. Ideal candidates are warm, collaborative educators who are passionate about Montessori philosophy and dedicated to supporting young children’s development.

• MACTE‑accredited 0–3 Montessori Certification
  ; 3+ years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships

• Develop and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom materials
• Maintain an organized, engaging Montessori environment
• Observe, document, and track children’s development
• Communicate regularly with parents; hold conferences as needed
• Support children’s transitions and social‑emotional growth
• Participate in school events, meetings, and community activities
• Supervise assistants, substitutes, and volunteers
• Ensure safety and well‑being at all times
