Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Master Esthetician with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and spa services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in advanced skincare techniques, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. As a Master Esthetician, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend products, and promote retail sales to support their ongoing skincare goals.

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, radio frequency, Cryo face & neck, Cryo Slimming, red light therapy, waxing and more.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their treatment results.
• Deliver additional spa services like massage, and other aesthetic treatments to elevate the client experience.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff at all times.
• Engage with clients through clear communication, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations for skincare routines and retail products.

• Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician or equivalent credential in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Extensive experience in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash lift & brow tinting.
• Proficiency in esthetic radio frequency & Cryo treatment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices within spa environments.
• Ability to perform treatments specifically designed to each individual's skin needs, along with attention to detail.
• Excellent sales skills to promote retail products, sell packages, and repeat business confidently while providing exceptional client care.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform precise treatments.
