Interested in Getting Into Manufacturing?We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates for immediate 1st shift openings with a well-established Connecticut manufacturer.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you’re dependable, good with your hands, comfortable working with small parts, and interested in learning manufacturing, training is provided.
You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility performing small parts assembly, inspection, and other production work.
Our goal is to make the right match—for both you and the client. You’ll begin your employment with A.R. Mazzotta while working onsite with our client, and when it’s a great fit for both, there may be an opportunity to join the client’s team permanently.
Convenient commute from Old Saybrook, Essex, Deep River, Chester, Westbrook, Clinton, Killingworth, Old Lyme, East Haddam, Haddam, Madison, Niantic, and surrounding Connecticut shoreline communities.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assemble small precision components
- Inspect parts for quality
- Perform detailed work using a microscope
- Test and package finished products
- Learn to operate production and manufacturing equipment
- Rotate between assembly, inspection, and production tasks as needed
Manufacturing experience is helpful, but it’s not required. We’re interested in people who enjoy detailed, hands‑on work and are comfortable handling small items.

- Electronics or electrical assembly
- Jewelry or crafts
- Sewing or other detailed handwork
- Laboratory work or using a microscope
- Medical or dental environments
- Machine shops or manufacturing
- Hobbies that require good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
