Old Saybrook Area, CT | $19.00 per Hour | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Overtime Available

We're hiring two Manufacturing Associates for immediate openings performing detailed work with small precision parts.
These positions are ideal for individuals who have previous manufacturing experience and are comfortable working with small components. Experience with deburring, inspection, precision assembly, or microscope work is especially helpful.
You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment where accuracy, quality, and attention to detail are important.
Convenient commute from Old Saybrook, Essex, Deep River, Chester, Westbrook, Clinton, Killingworth, Old Lyme, East Haddam, Haddam, Madison, Niantic, and surrounding Connecticut shoreline communities.
What You'll Be Doing- Deburr small precision parts
- Remove burrs and minor imperfections from components
- Inspect small parts for quality
- Perform detailed work under a microscope
- Handle and work with small components throughout the day
- Perform small parts assembly as needed
- Previous manufacturing or microscope experience required
- Experience working with small parts or precision components
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detailed work
- Ability to work with a microscope or magnification equipment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- Deburring or parts finishing
- Small parts manufacturing
- Quality inspection
- Microscope inspection
- Precision assembly
- Electronics assembly
- Medical device manufacturing
- Machining or machine shop environments
- Other detailed manufacturing work involving small components
Microscope experience doesn't have to come specifically from manufacturing. If you've used a microscope or magnification equipment in a laboratory, medical, electronics, quality, or other professional setting, we'd like to hear about it.
