Production Associate

Traditions® Performance Firearms is looking for a Production Associate to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Read production schedule and bill of materials provided by production supervisor
• Package bulk items into saleable units within an allotted timeframe
• Accuracy check the work of others as needed
• Sort and place materials on appropriate racks, bins, or shelves
• Assist in other areas such as shipping or material handling
• Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory updates
• Position reports to Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to push, pull or lift minimum of 65 lbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet all day
• Basic reading and writing (English language) and math ability are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to work alone or as a team member.
• Ability to adapt and provide fast response to changes.
• Regular attendance is required.
• May occasionally be required to work overtime.

This position is located in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Full time or part time positions available. Our current hours are Monday-Thursday 7:15AM-5:15PM.
