Pay Rate: $43 - $45 per hour

J. Morrissey is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive care team in a small group home setting serving 5–7 adult residents. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized, relationship-centered care in a calm, community-based environment. The position is contract-to-hire, providing the potential for long-term placement with a respected organization.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of adult residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support residents with health education and wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
• Previous experience in residential, group home, or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small care team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends required
