RN Registered Nurse Supervisor

• Part‑Time 7:00‑15:00 RN
• Fulltime/Part‑time 15:00‑23:00 RN
• Fulltime 23:00‑07:00 RN
• Per diems welcome to apply
• On‑call responsibility every 4th weekend

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities to guarantee top‑quality care.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions.
• Coordinate nursing activities in alignment with medical requirements, physician directives, and general care plans.
• Manage and direct charge nurses to ensure residents receive proper care.
• Adjust care plans in collaboration with medical staff to address emergency medical needs.
• Assume full responsibility for operating decisions when superiors are absent.
• Ensure adequate relief staff availability before leaving the facility and notify residents’ personal physicians of significant changes in condition or immediate medical care needs.

• Current state RN license and good standing as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Attention to detail, good follow‑through skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Cooperation and teamwork skills.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulations governing long‑term care.

All RN Supervisor positions require weekend on‑call availability to support staff and residents. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly. Compensation details are available upon inquiry.
