We’re hiring an Outside Sales Rep to walk into businesses, identify problems, and close deals on the spot.

Base pay + uncapped earning potential. This is a high-energy, door-to-door role — not a desk job.

We serve restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, schools, and more across Connecticut. We’re known for being on time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

• Prospect & Sell:
  Walk into restaurants and food service businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services
• Close Deals:
  Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work
• Deliver Service:
  Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency
• Stay Organized:
  Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline
• Stay Mobile:
  Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle
