Part‑Time Brand Ambassador (Beverage Industry)

Upside Promotions LLC is hiring energetic, outgoing Part‑Time Brand Ambassadors throughout Connecticut to represent exciting wine, spirits, ready‑to‑drink cocktails, THC beverages, and non‑alcoholic brands at liquor stores, grocery stores, restaurants, festivals, and special events.

If you enjoy meeting new people, love the beverage industry, and are comfortable engaging with customers, we'd love to have you on our team!

• Represent premium beverage brands at tastings and promotional events.
• Engage consumers and educate them about featured products.
• Encourage product trial and help drive sales.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and customers.
• Set up and break down sampling displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space.
• Submit event recaps, photos, and sales information after each event.
• Pick up event supplies and promotional materials on a biweekly basis.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to pick up event supplies every other week from either our Orange, CT or Meriden, CT locations.
• Must be comfortable traveling throughout Connecticut, as event locations vary weekly.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Comfortable standing for several hours during events.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Smartphone capable of submitting event photos and reports.
• Must respond promptly to scheduling communications.

• Previous Brand Ambassador, beverage sampling, retail, bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
• A passion for wine, spirits, RTDs, THC beverages, or the beverage industry is encouraged.
• Previous sales or promotional experience is a plus.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part‑time weekend work.

Applicants must be available during our primary tasting hours, when the majority of our events take place:

• Fridays: Typically 3:00 PM–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Saturdays: Availability anytime between 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Occasional Sunday events may be available based on client needs.

Most tasting events last approximately 3 hours

While you do not need to be available every weekend,
consistent availability during these peak tasting hours is required to remain an active Brand Ambassador.
